Assessment Process for Work-Life Excellence Award 2012

Phase 1 

January to April

Application 

All organisations in Singapore are invited to apply for the Award by submitting the application form

Completed forms should be emailed to mom_wlea@mom.gov.sg.


Phase 2 

April 

Assessment and Shortlisting 

Organisations will be short-listed based on the information submitted in the application form. Short-listed organisations will move on to the next phase.

Organisations may be asked to provide documents supporting the application at this stage. These can include brochures, handbooks, communication to employees, records of usage and benefits, employee feedback, etc.

 

Phase 3

April to June 

Site visit and Employee survey 

Assessors will carry out interviews with management and employees during the site visit. An opinion survey will be administered to selected employees by an independent survey company. 


Phase 3   

August/September 

Announcement of winners 

The winners will be announced in August or September at an event.

Phase 1  

January to April

Nomination 

Nominate a deserving individual by submitting the nomination form

Nomination forms should be emailed to mom_wlea@mom.gov.sg.


Phase 2

April 

Assessment and Shortlisting 

Individuals will be short-listed based on the information submitted in the nomination form. Short-listed nominees will move on to the next phase.


Phase 3

April to June 

Interview may be conducted 

Short-listed nominees may be interviewed by a tripartite judging panel including members from the Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy.


Phase 3    

August/September     

Announcement of winner(s) 

The winner(s) will be announced in August or September at an event.
