Work-Life Excellence Award 2010
In today's competitive economy, you can maximise your organisation's business performance and ability to achieve corporate goals, while keeping your employees enthusiastic, loyal and motivated at work, through good Work-Life strategies.
The Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy confers the Work-Life Excellence Award on organisations for their excellence in Work-Life strategies. The biennial Award pays tribute to organisations that are committed to helping employees harmonise work and personal needs.
The Work-Life Excellence Award was first presented in 2006. Prior to that, the Award was known as the Family Friendly Employer Award and the Family Friendly Firm Award.
The Categories for Work-Life Excellence Award are:
- Work-Life Excellence Award (Corporate award)
- Work-Life Leadership Award (Individual award)
Work-Life Excellence Award
|
The Work-Life Excellence (WLE) Award celebrates organisations with leading Work-Life strategies and practices. It is open to all organisations.
The Work-Life Achiever Award is the subsidiary award to the WLE Award. It is conferred on other commendable organisations that do not receive Work-Life Excellence Award, to encourage organisations to implement Work-Life strategies. |
The WLE Award logo embodies an employer's continuous journey to achieve excellence in Work-Life strategy. The dynamic star represents the inspirational company every employer aspires to be, always pushing ahead of competitors and improving but remaining in touch with its business' and employees' needs.
