Useful Links Employer Alliance The Employer Alliance is an organisation of CEOs and companies that believes in the importance of work-life harmony. Its mission is to create a network of business leaders to spearhead the adoption of Work-Life Strategy in the private sector. Alliance of Work/Life Professionals (AWLP) Founded in 1996, the Alliance of Work/Life Professionals is a membership organisation committed to the development and advancement of the field of work-life effectiveness. AWLP addresses work-life issues through publications, forums and professional development strategies. AWLP strives both to improve the professionalism of those working in the work-life arena, and to influence better. Families and Work Institute Families and Work Institute is a non-profit organisation that publishes the National Study of the Changing Workforce, a five-yearly survey of American workers. It also provides consultancy on the design and implementation of work-life solutions.
